Texas rewrote the rules. House Bill 150 created the Texas Cyber Command and raised the bar for what state-mandated security training must cover — including foreign adversary influence operations and restrictions most national training vendors have never heard of.
National platforms bolt a Texas disclaimer onto generic content. We did the opposite: we started from the Texas requirements and built every lesson around them — the statutes, the reporting channels, the threats specifically targeting Texas cities, counties, and school districts.
